Coconut Oil Popcorn
Popcorn kernels are heated in hot coconut oil and popped to perfection. Sprinkle with a little sea salt for an amazing, easy treat.

- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup popcorn
- 1 tsp sea salt
In a 6-quart stock pot, put about 1/4 cup of coconut oil in and 3/4 cup popcorn kernels. Just enough to have a light layer over the bottom.
Cover with a lid and put over medium heat. You'll start to hear popping sounds.
When the popping is almost finished, pour the popped kernels in a large paper grocery bag.
Sprinkle a little sea salt over, seal the top, and shake it up to disperse.
Serve hot.
