- 30 ounces canned garbanzo beans (about 2 cans)
- 2/3 cup tahini
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup FRESH lemon juice about 3 lemons
- kosher salt to taste
Open the can of garbanzo beans and reserve the liquid.
Put all ingredients in the blender (except the liquid).
While blending, add the liquid back in to the consistency of your liking. Add salt to taste.
